About Us:
ZAMMA GmbH was founded in August 2018 under the mission "Spreading K-Pop & Blending Cultures" and aims to spread the true K-Pop culture in Europe and create a new lifestyle for customers. Starting with the first event in Munich in October 2018 under the JIN Entertainment brand, we are currently planning K-Pop events in Europe. In addition, we have established ourselves as a leader in the K-pop event planning industry by creating new needs for our clients through continuous collaboration with Korean government organizations and companies.

Internship Overview:
Are you ready to be part of an exciting journey in Event Management? We're looking for a dedicated intern to strengthen our Concerts Team in Munich.
As a Concert Team Intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of concert planning, production, hospitality, and much more. From coordinating logistics to ensuring smooth on-site operations, you can play a supporting role in bringing unforgettable experiences to life.

Your Responsibilities:

• Answering to customer inquiries

• Collaborate with marketing team to promote events through social media

• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution

• Assisting with accommodation and transportation arrangements

• Contributing innovative ideas to enhance the overall concert experience

• Collaborating closely with our Concerts team to meet company goals

• Assist in managing on-site operations during events

Your Profile
What we are seeking for:

• Highly motivated team player with a passion for event management

• Self-initiative, detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

• Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)

• Familiar with event management basics

• Comfortable with common office applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

• Required to complete a mandatory internship for their university program

• Working in our office in the heart of Munich
