Studio PAV Europe GmbH, also known as Jin Entertainment, has been dedicated to the
mission of "Live your K-POP dream" with our Headquarter PAV Entertainment Group
Inc. in New York. Our goal is to spread K-Pop culture across Europe and create a new
lifestyle experience for our customers. Through continuous collaboration with Korean
government organizations and businesses, we have established ourselves as leaders in
K-Pop event planning and have successfully created new needs for our customers.

Overview:
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in event management? We are looking
for a dedicated person to join our team in Munich. As an integral part of our team, you
will be responsible for seamless communication across all channels and will work
closely with our headquarters and our Korean partners to align goals and expectations.
You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of concert planning and
much more.

Your Responsibilities:
- Communication with partners in Korea and the headquarter in NY
- Tasks as a stage manager on site
- Organizing and planning merchandise
- Back-office tasks

Your Profile:
- Native Korean speaker or C2-level proficiency and fluent in English
- Further European languages are advantageous
- Willingness to travel to event locations across Europe
- Team player
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Located in the Munich area
- Interest in K-Pop and K-Pop culture

- Self-initiative, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven
   environment
- Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with the basics of event management
- Proficiency with common office applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Willingness to work in our Munich office
